History of the Old Town La Verne Business Association
Old Town La Verne Business Association was officially founded in 2018 as a 501(c)3 non-profit. It was created in conjunction with the City of La Verne’s Downtown Business Improvement District, to promote the businesses, community, and people of Old Town La Verne. Members of the Old Town La Verne Association are comprised of business owners and residents of the Old Town La Verne community, each individual volunteering his or her time to improve the culture of Old Town La Verne.
Mission & Goals
The mission of the Old Town La Verne Business Association is to celebrate and cultivate the peoples, businesses, and organizations of Old Town La Verne through the promoting the small businesses located in the Old Town La Verne area and sponsoring events that bring the community together.
In the Community
Old Town La Verne Business Association is the organizing body under which the Sip of La Verne Wine Walk and La Verne on Tap Beer Walk are planned and organized. Each of these events donates a portion of the proceeds for these keynote events to local non-profits that help our community thrive and grow. Previous donation recipients include: Meals on Wheels, Sowing Seeds for Life, La Verne Fire Department, and David and Margaret Youth and Family Services.
